Giant Eagle Card Form
Please use the order form below to place your order. Your check MUST accompany the order or it will not be processed. (Made payable to “Blue Devil Club”). Orders and checks will be collected on Monday of each week. Orders will be placed with Giant Eagle on Tuesday and the cards will be received for distribution on Thursday of each week at practice pickup and games. Also, checks will be cashed, regardless of when received, on the 15th and 30th of each month.

Get a Kick Out of Sharing
The Mt. Lebanon Boys Soccer Team is participating in a new project entitled "Get a Kick Out of Sharing". This program is a nationwide effort to acquire new and gently used soccer balls. These are distributed to children in need worldwide to allow them to play games, have fun, and, oftentimes, regain their childhood. You can put a smile on a child's face by collecting soccer balls and small hand pumps.
