FREE OR LOW-COST HEALTH CARE COVERAGE (CHIP)

If your child does not have health insurance, free or low-cost health care coverage is available through the Pennsylvania Children’s Health Insurance Program (www.CHIPcoversPAkids.com).  Packets and applications are available thru the school nurse or call 1-800-986-KIDS.  All inquiries are kept confidential.
