Current students can pick up a Request for Transcript Release in the school counseling office, Room 527 or download the form here. Students must sign the transcript release and drop it off in the school counseling office. This process is slightly different if applying to college. Please talk to your school counselor if you need transcripts for college applications. You can also view additional information about college transcript requests and college applications here. Alumni Transcripts
Students who have already graduated from Mt. Lebanon Senior High School that are requesting a transcript need to send a SIGNED transcript release form to to:

The cost for transcripts is $3.00 for each transcript requested. Transcript release forms can be picked up in the school counseling office, Room 527 of the high school or downloaded here. All checks should be made payable to Mt. Lebanon High School. In your request, please be sure to indicate where (name and address) the transcript is to be mailed. Please allow two weeks upon receipt of the request for all transcripts to be mailed.
