The "Book Fairies" enjoyed a night of family reading fun at Howe this week.
Each spring, the Howe School community comes together to celebrate the joy of reading at Family Reading Night. Last week the school once again hosted a fun filled night that included a Book Float Parade, Scholastic book fair, musical book walk, Sound Stories, and an amazing array of cakes decorated to resemble favorite books. The Book Float Parade is a special event where students proudly display floats they made that were inspired by their favorite books. This year over 180 children were involved in creating floats for the parade with either their parents or friends.
