Message from the Athletic Director
We are very proud of our strong tradition at Mt. Lebanon. A great tradition is not built over night; it takes the hard work of many people and many years. Our tradition has been to win with honor. We strive to win, but only with honor to our athletes, our school and our community. Over many years, our teams have achieved more than their share of league and tournament championships.
In addition, many individuals have set records and achieved All-American, All-State and All-Conference honors. We are also very proud of our student athletes' accomplishments outside of competition. Last year, our student athletes averaged a non-weighted QPA of 3.3 and every one of our teams averaged at least a non-weighted QPA of 3.0. In addition, we remain proud of winning the 2002 P.I.A.A. Sportsmanship Award and continue to promote sportsmanship throughout our programs.
I truly believe the combination of success in the classroom and in competition is what makes athletics special and such a vital part of the education our students enjoy at Mt. Lebanon. Again, I hope you enjoy the new web site and continue to visit often.
