This year we are offering an opportunity for Junior Varsity Wrestlers to get some much needed mat time. Our JV Competition will be offered on Saturday, February 13. We are hopeful that by offering it later in the season it will give your kids some incentive to keep working hard at the end of the year.
Format: The tournament will use a pool format. Based on the number of entrants we will group wrestlers into smaller pools. Each Wrestler will compete at least 3 times (or more). Matches will consist of two 2-minute periods. Both periods will begin on their feet. We will have 3 mats.
Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins will begin on both dates at 1:00 PM.
Officials: 4 officials.
Tickets: Will be sold at door. Price: Adults ($3.00), Student ($2.00)
Entrance Fee: $15 per wrestler (8 or fewer wrestlers) or $120 per team (8 or more wrestlers).
