PTA Online Directory
This year, PTA is launching an online directory to aide in communication with our members, and to complement our paper directories. If you do not wish to participate, it is not mandatory. You decide what works best for your family. We have included a link to the online directory sign up page on our home page. Below are detailed instructions:
1. Go to http://school.justbetweenfriends.net
2. Fill in the directory form, just as you have done on paper in the past. You can leave blank anything you do not wish to share with the directory chairperson, who will be gathering this information for inclusion in the paper directories for your school.* All high school and Mellon MS information must be submitted by August 15th; elementary schools have until August 31st.
3. You will see two choices at the bottom of the form:
“I agree to allow the Mt. Lebanon PTA to include my listing in the directories of the school(s) that my children attend. (Recommended)”
“I do not want my household listed. Please create an online account only.”
Check which one you would prefer, and hit “submit.” That’s all there is to it—you’re done!
4. Once your school’s directory chair reviews all entries, and confirms that the family is a member of that particular school, a username and password will be sent to you. You can change both once they are received. And then you will have access to the secure, password protected, PTA district wide directory.
Please note: The online directory is a PTA initiative and is not connected to the District or to the District's Dashboard system. You must still enter your contact information in the Dashboard by logging on through the link at the bottom left hand side of the District home page to receive District information.
If you have any questions/comments about this online directory, please feel free to contact:
