Welcome to Foster Elementary School!

     At Foster, we come together as a community to do what is right for children.  The Mt. Lebanon School District’s mission statement, “To provide the best education possible for each and every student,” is our focus each day.  The Foster Family, made up of our dedicated staff, involved families, and a supportive surrounding neighborhood make for a wonderful place for youngsters to learn.  We get the joy of seeing our children grow up physically, academically, socially, and emotionally in a family environment.  Every part of our team works hard each day to live our motto: “We are Kind, Courteous, and Respectful to All – The Foster Way!”  I encourage you to get involved in our PTA and our school and join our team…there is no better way to spend your time.  I look forward to meeting you and personally welcoming you to our Foster Family.
