Read a Banned Book!
Each year (usually in September) we celebrate our freedom to read during Banned Books Week.  Hundreds of books are challenged throughout our country every school year.  Learn more about about why books are challenged, and find lists of books that have been banned throughout history. Make your reading choice carefully!  Be sure to check the card catalog in the library for availability.  The Mount Lebanon Public Library will also have many of these titles.  See Mrs. Smith in the library if you need help.
