Current News

The activities fair will be held on September 30th during lunch periods.  The community service fair will be held October 1st during lunch periods.

Students taking SATs at Mt. Lebanon on Saturday, October 3rd, should be dropped off at the auditorium entrance (A-2) along Cochran Rd.  Students parking on-site should use the Faculty / Staff parking lot on the south side of the building.  All students should enter through the Auditorium entrance (A-2) along Cochran Rd.  Once inside the building, follow the signs to the room assignments and the testing rooms.  Bring all required materials (see College Board rules), or you will be turned away without refund.

The high school homecoming parade will be held at the high school stadium on October 9th at 7:00 pm.  The homecoming dance will be held in the high school center court from 8:00 - 11:00 pm on October 10th.

The high school grand opening celebration will be held October 11th at 2:00 pm.

The inschool PSAT exam exam will be given to all sophomores and juniors on October 14th.  There will be an adusted bell schedule to accomodate this exam.

High school senior recognition night will be held at the high school stadium on October 16th at 7:00 pm.

The US History and Pitt Calculus tests are scheduled for October 28th at 8:00 am.

The high school door decorating contest will be held on October 29th during periods 1-4.

There will be an adjusted bell schedule on October 30th for a high school spirit assembly.

The date for the Fall Choir Concert has officially been changed to Wednesday October 28th, 2015 at 7:30pm in the HS Auditorium.

It is senior picture time! All seniors who want a formal photo included in the 2015-16 yearbook need to read the attached guidelines for photo submission. Many local photographers offer free senior portrait sitting fees and will submit the photo directly to the yearbook staff, making the process as simple as possible.

Driver Education classes are offered year round at the high school. Each year, through College in High School over 3,000 regional high school students earn University of Pittsburgh academic credit at a reduced rate, in classes taught rightn in the classroom.  CHS is proud to work with Mt. Lebanon High School to make this opportunity possible.
