Transcripts
Current Student Transcripts-Current students can pick up a request for transcript release in the guidance office. Student must sign the release of transcripts form and drop it off in the guidance office. This process is different if applying to college. Talk to your guidance counselor if you need transcripts for college. College transcripts applications will also be outlined in the applying to college section at the top of the page. Alumni Transcripts-Students who have already graduated from Mt. Lebanon Senior High School that are requesting a transcript need to send a SIGNED transcript release form to to:

The cost for transcripts is $3.00 for each transcript requested. The form can be picked up in the guidance office on the fifth floor of the high school or downloaded here. All checks should be made out to Mt. Lebanon High School. In your request, be sure to state where the transcript is to be mailed. Please allow two weeks upon receipt of the request for all transcripts to be mailed.
