Construction Manager
At a Special Meeting held by the Mt. Lebanon Board of Directors on October 2, 2008, P.J. Dick Incorporated was approved as construction manager of the Mt. Lebanon High School renovation project in an 8-0 vote. The selection of the construction management team is a key piece in the renovation process since they will provide up-to-date cost estimates for the five alternative approaches being considered for the High School renovation and will oversee the construction of the project.

Construction Management
As construction manager, P. J. Dick has completed over $500 million of construction activity since 1998. In this role, we act as the owner’s agent to defi ne the project objectives, prepare conceptual and final estimates, administer procurement of bid packages, manage trade contractors, implement site safety programs, schedule activities, conduct constructability and value engineering reviews, manage shop drawings, change order management, administrate all records and meetings, and act as the owner’s designated representative from the pre-design phase to construction to occupancy.
