Upon approval by the above persons, Mrs. Wetzel can make copies and distribute fliers to teachers' boxes. Please allow 2 days for this part of the process. |

Submissions
(WHEN & HOW to submit your information) |
Email your information to the editor (Kirsten Bruder) by 5PM on the Thursday BEFORE the next newsletter is due out. |
Email your information to both the Hoover PTA President and the editor a minimum of 1-2 days in advance of when you'd like the announcement to be sent out. |
For new items: Email your information to the Hoover PTA President for approval.
For Updates and Corrections of existing information: email changes/corrections to the webmaster. |
Submit a copy (email or hard copy) to the principal and Hoover PTA president. |

Indiate the DATE you would like the announcment emailed to the Hoover families. |
Forms: should be in pdf format. All forms should include "Sponsored by Hoover PTA" in top or bottom of the form.
Other Content: type changes/additions in an email. |
