Mrs. Kim Salvador, Teacher
Helping children to do their best in school...
Instructional Support is a process of identifying and monitoring students who are experiencing difficulty academically, behaviorally, or socially. The process begins by the gathering and reviewing of relevant information to identify the problem, creating a learning/behavioral plan, and having appropriate team members work on the goals. This process utilizes all resources available to us, including outside agencies. If a child continues to experience difficulty, we develop a more formal process to determine the need for special services extending beyond the regular education program.
