Attention JMS Parents:
Please send an excuse with your child the day he/she returns to school. Be aware that if a written excuse for an absence is not received by the homeroom teacher within ten days, the absence will be marked illegal. Students accumulating four or more illegal absences will be referrred to the magistrate.
If your child will miss school due to a pre-planned educational trip, you and your child must complete this form and submit it in advance of the absence. This form may also be obtained in the office.
