Dress Code

·      Clothing with obscene, crude, or offensive references is prohibited.  Clothing with denigrating references to other people, drug, alcohol, tobacco, or violent references is not permitted.

 ·      Low-cut, spandex, open-weave, strapless, tank, or spaghetti strap tops are prohibited.  Tops must cover midriff and lower back areas.

·      Shorts and skirts should be of modest length (to the bottom of your thumbs with your hands held down at your sides).

·      Hats, caps, bandanas, hoods, and other headgear may not be worn.  (Exceptions: medical/religious reasons, special days).

 School officials may impose limitations on attire or contact a parent to provide alternative garments. Please reference page 7 in the JMS Handbook.
