Mt. Lebanon High School's annual Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, October 14, from 8:00pm-11:00pm. The Homecoming Dance is a long-standing, Mt. Lebanon High School tradition. It is a semi-formal dance, and all students are invited to attend. This year's theme is "Roaring 1920's; A Night with Gatsby" Tickets are $10. The last day for ticket sales is Friday, October 13, at 3:30pm.

Students taking SATs at Mt. Lebanon on Saturday, October 7, 2017, should be dropped off at the auditorium entrance (A-2) along Cochran Rd. Doors open at 7 am, and testing starts promptly at 8 am. Students parking on-site should use the Faculty / Staff parking lot on the south side of the building, but all test-takers should enter only through the Auditorium entrance (A-2) along Cochran Rd. Signs inside the building will show room assignments, and guides will direct test-takers to those testing rooms. Bring all required materials (see College Board rules), or you will be turned away without refund. Please note that school ID from the 2017-2018 school year IS valid for SAT admission purposes until December 2018.. The Lebanon Log wants YOUR pictures. Parents and students can help the Log best cover the 2018 school year by downloading the Jostens ReplayIt app and sharing school-related pictures right from your phone. Students who share pictures will receive credit in the yearbook. At the end of the year, the pictures will become part of digital time capsule available only to those who purchase a yearbook. PSAT testing will occur in school on October 11th. There will be an adjusted bell schedule this day. 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students report at 8 am. Seniors may use the time from 8am - 11:30am for post-secondary planning activities. Seniors may report at 11:30 am or may continue with their post-secondary planning activities with the submission of a a pre-approved absence form.

October 3rd will be the annual evacuation drill. All students are to report at the normal time. There will be an adjusted bell schedule this day.

This Friday at the home football game youth wrestling set up a table and promoted sign ups for the youth wrestling season. They had a push up contest as part of getting the kids excited to register. Registration is done online at

We hope to see you Friday night for our Link Crew Freshmen Tailgate from 6 pm - 7:30 pm in Pavilion #1 in the park by the high school stadium. Please look for the Link Crew banner and your Link Leaders wearing red, white, and blue. The event is FREE and we will have plenty of food, snacks, and drinks. Our Link Leaders will have a variety of games, such as corn hole and volleyball to get ready for the football game Friday night (7:30 pm in the stadium). Remember to wear RED, WHITE, and BLUE (Friday's theme) and enjoy a fun evening with your classmates and Link Leaders. Have a great night and we hope see you Friday night at the tailgate!
