Our 2025–2031 Strategic Plan reflects our commitment to leading the way in public education. Developed with input from families, staff, and the community, the plan focuses on cultivating leadership, fostering engagement, advancing academic excellence, strengthening district systems, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all.

- Community Survey Findings

In November and December of 2024, the District collected feedback from parents/guardians, students in grades 5-12, and staff via an online survey. The results were shared during the December 9 Board of Directors meeting.

- Focus Group Findings
- From January 8 to February 10, focus groups were held for students, staff, and families/community.

- Draft Strategic Plan
- During the May 21, 2025, MTLSD School Board of Directors meeting, the Administration presented a draft of the strategic plan.

- Our community was invited to submit feedback on the plan from May 22 - June 2.
- An email was shared with staff and all parents/guardians in the District.
