Employment Requirements
In order to be eligible for employment in Pennsylvania public schools, the following clearances, trainings, and forms are required by the Mt. Lebanon School District upon offer of employment:
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check Clearance (Act 34)
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record Fingerprinting Clearance (Act 114)
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
- Arrest or Conviction Record (Form PDE 6004) (Act 24)
- School Personnel Health Record (Physical including TB Test)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
