STEAM

STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. In the Mt. Lebanon School District, these five disciplines are purposely linked in the learning process. From kindergarten to twelfth grade, students take part in educational experiences that show how these areas of instruction support and enhance each other. On our news page, you will find examples of activities that have been carefully designed to demonstrate the connections among Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. You will also see information related to on and off campus STEAM opportunities for students and adults.
