ENERGY FLOW (6-weeks)
Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm (Begins 4/21)
Link breath and movement in a rhythmic dance that frees the mind. This class physically wrings out and balances all parts of the self. This class includes several sun salutations to help build heat, align and strengthen the body.
YIN YOGA (6-weeks)
Saturdays 9:00-10:00am (Begins 4/23)
Diaphragmatic breath with poses held for several minutes in supported positions. Sequencing has less movement physically. This is a practice that allows postures to settle in and land with the body as it releases, similar to how the body must relax when allowing oxygen to enter during an inhale.
Bring a yoga mat & water. Blocks, blankets, straps or towels optional.
SIGN UP FOR A PASS AND TRY EACH CLASS IN ONE WEEK OR SPREAD THEM OUT! PASSES EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE TERM!
Walk-ins are welcome at $8 per class.
