No. 111 BASKETBALL (Gym A-101, Gold) 

Mondays & Wednesdays, January 18th          

8:30-10:30 pm (12- weeks)

INSTRUCTOR: Noel Twyman  

This is a "pay per week class" at $5/ week.

Improve stamina and endurance through competitive basketball.  Pick-up games scheduled every class.  All games are supervised by an instructor.  Class size will be limited to give each participant maximum playing time.    Times are subject to change due to court availability. All participants must fill out an athletic waiver before stepping on the court.  Click here to print the waiver.  Please give it to the instructor.  Masks must be worn when participants are in the building as per local mandates.

1-Class/ Week Pass (10 total classes)                            

R-$75; NR-$80; GC-$65                  

Due to current health measures, there is a cap of 12 people for a 1-class/week pass.


No. 202 YOGA                                                                                

2-Classes/ Week Pass (20 total classes)                   

R -$125; NR-$130; GC-$110                           

Due to current health measures, there is a cap of 8 people for a 2-class/week pass.


BASICS & FOUNDATIONS (10-weeks)                   

Saturdays 9:00-10:00 am (Begins 1/23) No Class 3/13

Class focuses on yoga as the “science of the mind” in union with foundational asana and breath work skills. This is moving meditation.



Tuesday 7:15-8:15 pm (Begins 1/19)

Saturdays, 10:15-11:15 am (Begins 1/23)- No class: 3/13                

Mild to moderate "flow" for a full work-out. Offers dynamic breathing with synchronized movement. Connect to mind and soul for a full work-in as well. Open, relax, reinvigorate, nourish and restore.


ENERGY FLOW (10-weeks)

Thursday 7:15 pm-8:15 pm (Begins 1/21)               

Link breath with natural rhythm to movement and free the mind. Intense physical asana work wrings out and balances all parts of inner and external worlds. Vinyasa sequences, sun salutations and focused breath work create heat to align, transform and strengthen.


Bring a yoga mat & water. Blocks, blankets, straps or towels optional.
