BASICS & FOUNDATIONS (10-weeks)

Class focuses on yoga as a "science of the mind" to incorporate into the asana practice.

 

RESTORATIVE VINYASA (10-weeks)

Saturdays 10:15-11:15am (Begins 9/19)

Tuesdays 7:15-8:15 pm (Begins 9/22)  

Mild to moderate "flow" with dynamic breathing and synchronized movement. Open, relax, reinvigorate, nourish & restore.      

 

ENERGY FLOW (10-weeks)  

Thursday 7:15 pm-8:15 pm (Begins 9/24)

Link breath and movement in a rhythmic dance that frees the mind-- This class physically wrings out and balances all parts of the self. This class includes several sun salutations to help build heat, align and strengthen the body.

 

Bring a yoga mat & water. Blocks, blankets, straps or towels optional.
