Communications
Connecting Our Community
From our classrooms to the community, the Communications Department keeps families informed, engaged, and connected to Mt. Lebanon School District. We work to ensure every message is clear, timely, accessible, and meaningful.
How We Communicate
We use a variety of tools to meet our community where they are:
- District Website: Your go-to hub for news, resources, and important information.
- Newsletters: Weekly parent/guardian newsletter and bi-weekly staff newsletter.
- Social Media: Sharing stories, celebrations, and highlights across the District on Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Direct Communication: Email, phone, and text alerts for timely updates.
- School-Based Platforms: Tools like PowerSchool and Schoology for student-specific information.
Together, these platforms create a connected, cohesive communication experience for all audiences.
