Mt. Lebanon Youth Football Association (MLYFA)
2026 Season Registration Now Open
MLYFA is excited to announce that registration for the 2026 youth football season is now open.
Our program is designed for boys and girls entering grades K–6 and focuses on building skills, confidence, teamwork, and character in a structured and supportive environment.
We are hosting a parent meeting (with a special guest, newly named HS Head Coach Bruce Fronk) for those registered, interested in registering, or simply hearing more about the program.

What’s new this season:
- New Board of Directors with experience in football, coaching, youth sports, and professional leadership
- Updated bylaws and program structure focused on safety, development, and transparency
- Commitment to clear communication with families at every level
- New summer camp opportunities in June and July to help players build skills ahead of the season
- Stronger connection with the Mt. Lebanon High School football program, creating a more aligned development path for players

- Season begins in August - done by Halloween
- Multiple age divisions (K–6)
- Experienced coaching and a focus on player development

Early Registration Promotion:
Families who register within the first 30 days are eligible for a $50 credit toward the 2027 season.

Outreach Teen & Family Services
Workshop 1: Stress Management for Teens & Families
Join Outreach Teen & Family Services for an interactive workshop on stress management strategies for teens and their families. Outreach is a community-based nonprofit located in Mt. Lebanon that has been serving the South Hills area for over 50 years, providing mental health counseling, prevention programs, and support services.
In this session, we'll explore practical tools to help teens and families navigate academic pressure, social stress, and daily overwhelm. Topics include recognizing signs of stress, building healthy coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and creating supportive family communication around stressors. Whether you're a parent looking to support your teen or a teen seeking ways to manage stress, this workshop offers actionable strategies you can use right away.
The session will conclude with a Q&A, where you can ask questions and connect with our team.

Workshop 2: Strengthening Family Connections: Tools to Navigate Conflict
Join Outreach Teen & Family Services for an important conversation about family aggression and conflict. Outreach is a community-based nonprofit located in Mt. Lebanon that has been serving the South Hills area for over 50 years, providing mental health counseling, prevention programs, and support services.
This workshop will help families understand the roots of aggression and conflict within the home, including communication breakdowns, unmet needs, and escalation patterns. We'll discuss practical strategies to de-escalate tense situations, improve family communication, set healthy boundaries, and create a more peaceful home environment. Learn how to recognize warning signs and when to seek additional support.
The session will conclude with a Q&A, where you can ask questions and connect with our team.
