Project Prom is offered through the Department of Health and Human Services in conjunction with the National Council of Jewish Women. This decade-long tradition assures that all local students have the opportunity to go to their prom affordably, with confidence and in style! The program will be held in March this year. Open to students grades 9-12, the PennDOT Innovations Challenge asks students to look at cost-effective technologies and innovative methods, aside from laws and educational campaigns, that can be developed in the next five to 10 years to get drivers to slow down in work zones. The deadline for PennDOT's Innovations Challenge has been extended through January 25, 2019.
