The Pittsburgh Concert Society has announced the winners of the 2018 Young Artists Auditions. Congratulations to Mt. Lebanon High School senior violinist Hannah Ishizaki and sophomore violinist Sein Lee.
The 2018 recipient of the Sue Harper Endowed Teaching Award is Mrs. Emma Lou Nelson. Mrs. Nelson is a first grade teacher at Hoover Elementary School.
The Steelers are coming to Mt. Lebanon on Friday, May 4th at 7 PM for the Steelers vs. Mt. Lebanon All Stars Basketball Game. Tickets are $7 at the door. Dr. Heather Doyle was unanimously approved as the new Director of Special Education for the Mt. Lebanon School Districtat the March 19 School Board meeting. Dr. Doyle's start date is still to be determined.
