Congratulations to Mt. Lebanon High School strength coach Frank Cremonese on being selected as the 2019 Region 8 NHSSCA Regional High School Strength Coach of the Year! This award is given annually to a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach in recognition for his or her coaching achievements and passion for the profession. The Regional Coach of the Year is selected from among the top coaches across the eight regions of the NHSSCA and receives a unique, personalized Coach of the Year Plaque.

We are so proud of Coach Crem's selection as a NHSSCA Regional Coach of the Year. His dedication to our student athletes is obvious with just one visit to the high school weight room.
