The mission of the Mt. Lebanon School District Business Office is to ensure all district resources are accounted for in an effective, timely, accurate and meaningful manner. The Business Office will implement the proper controls, procedures and policies to safeguard public resources while also providing stakeholders the necessary tools for decision making.
The Business Office will continually strive to improve our practices through evaluations and available resources. We will practice transparency, good communication and teamwork while also providing employees with a challenging and fulfilling work environment.

Requests for Bid Packets can be obtained from Francine McKain, on or after February 8, 2019, via email at email@example.com or by phone, 412-344-2088 for the following supply categories: Art Supplies, Art/Craft Supplies, Athletic, Medical Supplies, Physical Education, Science Supplies, Hardware, Lumber, Mechanical Drawing, Paint & Industrial Arts, Custodial Paper Products, Cleaners/Waxes, Maintenance Supplies, Custodial Supplies, Custodial Uniforms and for the following equipment categories: art, music.
Bid specifications, forms and instructions are available during normal office hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Bids returned by email with the subject line: 2019-2020 Supplies and Equipment Bids will be accepted until Friday, March 1, 2019, at 2:00 pm
Sealed (hard copy) bids, addressed: 2019-2020 Supplies and Equipment Bids, Business Office, Mt. Lebanon School District, 7 Horsman Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15228, will be accepted until Friday, March 1, 2019, at 2:00 pm. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
