MTLSD Policy of Non-Discrimination
 

Mt. Lebanon School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, age, or any other legally protected characteristic in its programs and activities (including admission and employment) and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. The District adheres to the nondiscrimination provisions of Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances.
